This policy explains what Evercrest Insurance ("we", "us") collects when you visit book.callevercrest.com, register for a webinar, apply for a call or message us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, state, whether you hold a life insurance license, and anything else you enter in our forms.
- Webinar and call details: whether you registered, attended or booked a call.
- Basic website data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected with cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels such as Meta's, to measure our ads.
How we use it
- To register you, send your webinar link, reminders and the replay or next date.
- To follow up about the webinar and, if you ask, schedule a 1:1 call.
- To send updates by email or text if you agreed to receive them. You can opt out any time.
- To improve our website and measure our advertising.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only for the messages described in our Terms. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the webinar and our business, such as our CRM, our email and text provider and our video-meeting provider, and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it's useful for the purposes above, then delete it or keep it only as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails or texts. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
Children
Our webinars are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
