Emilio is a licensed life insurance agent and runs Evercrest Insurance, an independent agency with about 35 writing agents. He trains new agents himself: licensing, appointment setting, dial days and the first months in the field.

Questions people ask first
Do I need a license to attend?
No. Most people on the webinar aren't licensed yet. To sell life insurance you need a state license, and the webinar explains how to get one. If you're already licensed or partway through, you'll see where you'd pick up.
How much time does this take?
The webinar is about 45 minutes. Getting licensed takes study time, and each state sets its own course hours and exam. Some people start while they still have another job. On the 1:1 call you and Emilio can talk through what fits your week.
Is this an MLM?
No. Evercrest Insurance is a licensed life insurance agency. The work is helping families choose life insurance coverage, and every policy is issued by an insurance carrier. There's no product to buy and nothing to stock. Some agents later go on to lead a team, and Emilio explains plainly how the agency is structured on the call.
What does it cost to get started?
The webinar is free. Getting licensed does have costs, like the pre-licensing course, the state exam and the license application, and they vary by state. Emilio goes over every cost with you on the 1:1 call, including what's covered, so there are no surprises.
Where do my appointments come from?
That's one of the main topics of the webinar. You'll see how appointments get set, how dial days work and how new agents are supported while they learn.
Will I be pressured to sign up?
No. At the end you'll see how to apply for a 1:1 call with Emilio. Apply only if it sounds right for you.
